  • The office staff is incompetent. It took 5 phone calls to get a referral and if you need a refill called in you better start 1-2 weeks in advance. If you have problems, they assign a PA when you thought you were going to be followed by the doctor. They changed my mess without checking the labs. I would not recommend this practice.
