  • It appears as though this company isn't new to getting bad reviews for service and repair work. I've been renting this home for over a year and the plumbing is jimmy rigged through out the entire place and I MEAN EVERYTHING!. I'm the 1st tenant to occupy this home since it had been re-piped by this company in 2011 after a class action suit made it mandatoy to re-pipe these tract homes. It's obvious Delta mechanical did it since their sticky labels are in every piped room. Low pressure, terribly slow drainage, leaky fawsets, toilets, showers, 2 damaging floods due to bad assembly and wrong seals. Theres no seperate shut off valves for the sinks and toilets in any of the rooms. This place has become one I can't stand to live in. Customer beware! Absolutely tragic job it makes me sick. Well gotta go and plunge the toilet for the thousanth time, hardly ever used it too since theres only one 1/2 working bathroom out of the 3 this home has.
