  • The facility is a great place, we've had multiple issues with racist workers. We decided to come during a weekday to take my daughter over the summer, a worker kept ignoring me as I waited in line, right in front of her. Eventually my husband went up and was waited on instantly. We accidentally left our lunch box and I called asking if I could pickup the lunchbox the following weekend, they said that would be fine. I came into the lobby and stated I left a lunch box and described the lunchbox, the lady said "oh I didn't think this was your type" and was extremely snooty. Today was the last straw for us never visiting again! Our family had been planning a couple weeks to visit and go swimming, we get there to checkin as guests and we are completely ignored for more then 10 minutes. One lady was helping someone the other two sat there doing absolutely nothing, ignoring our "excuse me". We were clearly viewable, it is an open space, right in front of the check-in. Another lady walked up to the desk next to us and was immediately helped. It is great to know that in 2016 people can be so rude and hateful.
