  • As of right now, I am not very happy. We have used my Auto since 2007 and our satisfaction has declined. Brought the SUV in two weeks ago to replace the headlight switch on the steering column. $360.00 for that. Took the car home, turned on the headlights at night and there was a loud clicking sound behind the dash that had never been there before. Took the car back, was told that the clicking was from a faulty actuator. $550.00 for that. Picked the car up in the afternoon, went to get gas because they ran it out test driving it. Turned on the headlights, clicking sound back as loud as ever. Took the car back. Turned on the headlights for them to show them the clicking sound. They said the actuator was under warranty and they would fix it. This was 8:00 AM on Tuesday. Called them in the afternoon, they said the part had not come in yet they would have it Wednesday. I went to pick up the car, got the key, battery dead! They left the headlights on all day! I told them we could not bring the car back until Saturday. Ok, just drop it off in the morning and we'll get it fixed. Brought it there this morning, no part, no idea when it would be there. Still waiting for a call back disputed two calls of my own to them. I have serious doubts that these people know what they are doing anymore. $910.00 later and nothing has been fixed. Count this as a minus star rating. I wish we had just brought it to Bozarth. They would have gouged us as well but at least they would have known what they were doing.
