  • Looks like the other reviews are plants. Too sterile High-end apartment community with premium prices. Amenities are great, salt water pool, demo kitchen, friendly staff. Cons - aside from the sparkling first floor and common areas, hallways are dirty and are not regularly cleaned. Ceilings are paper thin and you hear every step taken by neighbors above. This is a shame considering the cleanliness of the community areas. Rent prices are a function of market rates instead of true value of property and services. All-in-all a pleasant place.
