  • Dave Meiners with Renters Warehouse is a huge tool. He took several days to respond to a request to show a property, and then when he finally did reach out, he was vague and wouldn't pin down a time. He asks such questions as, and "I will call you in the morning" and "what does your day look like?" #1 He never called that morning, afternoon, evening or even the following day. #2 When I immediately replied that I was in the area and would be into the evening, I received no response. Here's a tip: If you insert a bit of mild sarcasm into your message, he will respond with lightning fast precision with a simple, "wow." If this is any indication of how investments are managed by this company (or at least under Dave Meiners' care) are maintained, I would steer clear of such a lackadaisical organization.
