Do not do business with this company.
I ordered flowers to be delivered Tuesday. When they had not arrived by Thursday, I started calling them. Their "state of the art call center" just put me on hold, and after many minutes I was forced to leave a message with my information. This happened every time I called, which was five times over the course of the day.
Finally, I sent them an email telling them to cancel my order. They did not get back to me.
I sent another email Friday to cancel my order and still have not heard anything back. I am considering taking legal action against them.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
