  • Stay clear of this office. Is there a way to give less than 1 star for this place? I wish I could get my $40 co pay back and erase my experience here. The cusotmer service is HORRIBLE, the clinical staff for Dr. Mantooth is so unprofessional and final but not least is the appointment schedulers. I have felt so under cared for and so completely turned off by their unprofessinalism I don't even know what to say. Being a hispanic, I have been faced with racism in all forms but in todays professinal healthcare, i wouldn't have thought i would experience it. Dr. Mantooths clinical nurse asked me if I needed an interpreter!?!?! This is after she asked me a series of yes/no questions and then took my picture for their files. Unbelievable! The office manager tried to clear things up but that only was a bandaid for the horrible service. I followed up to change my appointment and the appointment schedulers were even worse. I dont think there is much else to say other than, please be aware and stay clear! I hope no one else experiences what I have.
