  • I called as soon they opened Sunday morning and had an appointment set up the same afternoon. I decided to purchase the full face hair removal package. I wanted to get rid of those little fine hairs that are mostly visible in the sunlight and the more stubborn ones that I am constantly plucking from my chin. I told Renu, I was going to be in a wedding this week and was worried about the wax. My skin can be sensitive and I didn't want to risk getting any bumps. She was very accommodating. She waxed my chin and neck then threaded the rest including my eyebrows. She was quick and gentle. It took maybe 15 mins. I was very happy with the results.My skin is super soft and bump free. I will be seeing her in the future.
