  • Sleazy "used car sales" tactics at this store. The expensive Foster and Stern ($2K) mattress we purchased developed sagging on both sides (left/right). Not only Mattress Firm charge for warranty inspection, they also did not address our problem. Now we have a 1-year old $2K mattress that we need to replace. Do not buy from Mattress Firm, do not buy Foster and Stern.
