I've been meaning to check this place out and finally had the chance while trying to break out of an antihistamine induced coma on Queen West. A welcoming airy space invites you to relax over your coffee and get comfortable. Unpretentious and still competent coffee is getting scarce in this city and I would say Ground Level is a welcome addition in that regard. It's community service contribution (referenced in other reviews) is icing on an already pleasing cake. Speaking of cake, the pie looks like it was baked by someone's mother - hard to resist! I will definitely return (ad have some pie)
