  • Okay, since my last 1 star review, I was contacted by the manager/owner Cathy, who's a doll and apologized and said that she has spoken with the employee and hopefully used my words as a training opportunity. (I'm not here to get people fired) I WILL probably visit the Tempe location for a while at Baseline and Rural, (owned by the same people) until I get the cranky taste out of my mouth of the last experience. I am still very much a Sunchain advocate and definitely recommend either location, but I'm just being a pain-in-the-butt and letting the last experience put me off. I'll get over it soon. So for me, the salon is 5 stars, but the service at time can be 1 star when Cathy isn't there, so I split the difference for this location. Tempe I would give 5 stars all around, for service+salon. : )
