  • My wife and i had been searching for a vehicle for a while, we went from am SUV to a car to finally a mini van. We stopped at CarMax first, i talked with Emily. She met us and talked for a while. She test drove 3 vans with us. She was honest, upfront and down to earth. If she didn't know, she didn't lie she told us she didn't know...but didn't stop there, she found out for us. They're "no haggle", which means they don't budge on their prices. So we shopped around, but we kept being drawn back to CarMax. Other companies had the vehicle we wanted, and better prices, but they lacked one thing...Emily. Her customer service, professionalism, friendliness, straight forwardness and integrity was bar none.
