  • Update. Better Buisness Complaint has been filed. My response to the business owner: To whom it may concern, I reject the business' response. 1. Yes, the vehicle was inspected. Brakes and tires arose as issues on inspection. Cost indicated was $800. 2. The brakes and tires had far more wear than the initial inspection indicated thus resulting in higher than anticipated costs for me. Tires, brakes AND rotors needed to be replace. 3. None of the problems with the car, especially those that would be relevant to the implied warranty under AZ law(brakes and tires) were disclosed on the sales contract or any other legal binding document. This is required at the time of the sale by the seller. 4. 2nd key and missing owner's manual were not disclosed at the time of sale 4. On my recorded call with the owner(I recorded as well) I was told by the owner that the brakes were covered under BMW warranty(misrepresentation by the owner #1) 5. What business doesn't care about reviews? Positive or Negative. They empower consumers. Great experience = 5 stars. Poor experience (which is what I had with Beemer Haus) = Negative Reviews and complaints. How this could be used a rebuttal to a complaint is ridiculous. I think it's important to acknowledge that the owner knew something was wrong. I expressed a true and accurate representation of the experience with the business. I ask for help in getting the problem solved. After the sale, the owner chose not to have a dialogue. He hung up on me several times. He swore at me and told me to "F-off"(again RECORED by me). As a consumer purchasing a luxury item I expect more. I expect honest(told brakes were covered under warranty) and clean (asked me to take down the reviews before a solution could be offered to rectify the situation, then would not respond to my multiple calls) transaction when dealing with someone. I'm going to acknowledge that I may have been heavy handed in the reviews I initially posted for the business. I was very upset after finding out I was missing a $500 2nd key and had additional out of pocket expense I had to expected. I did the RIGHT THING and took the reviews down. I wanted to work with the owner. I think this complaint and all of the reviews are still justified at this point however. No return calls from the owner. No resolution.
