  • Booked trough hotel.com a day prior. On arrival the reservation was nowhere to be found. Eddie was taking care of us, trying to figure out what happened to the reservation. Well long story short, something happened when we booked through hotel.com that it was pending even tho it had been charged to my account. Eddie did all he could and he finally was able to figure it out, he was a real gent. Hooked me up with a cold brew and upgraded my suite. Even tho the issue wasn't on their end he went above and beyond to make it right. Ty Eddie
