Disappointed in the Service Department! It's been quite some time just to have a part ordered and installed. The first time, part was ordered and came in for an appointment and was told they received the wrong part. Weeks went by so I called about the situation and seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Every time I call, it was confusion. I was told the part was in and my appointment was scheduled. Had I not called, who knows how much longer it would have taken. I also left a message for the Service Manager, Diane to call me back. I never received a call back. Not surprised here. Diane seems to run around like a chicken with her head cut off, unorganized and non-productive. I won't be back for anything to this Car Maxx dealership. I need great customer service and professionalism. This place has a long way to go. Get it together guys!
