Funky and useful 'healthy' grocery store that has most of what you want and a reasonable effort at organic and sustainable products. They embrace their counterculture vibe a little too much I think as it's hard to know who is working there and who is there for free range bulk aisle grazing, and the lines can back up at the check-out aisles, for example, as the checkers struggle to complete a transaction for various reasons from coming to a dead stop for a loudspeaker price check on a personal item (OK, seeing the look on the customer's face was entertaining, but still) or just being distracted by a random conversation.
Still pretty decent alternative to Safeway.
