  • Really good service, well organized, efficient. Jenn is our sitter, she came in a few days earlier to meet the cat and talk about where things are etc, and then while we were away she left regular messages telling us what he was up to. Cat really loved her, she's definitely a cat expert. When we got back he was relaxed and happy and not as needy as he usually is when we leave him, I think he was well looked after and had plenty of play time. Had some issues with my password to access the messages left by the sitter in the system, and when I emailed about it, I got a reply very quickly, even though it was Thanksgiving weekend. Will definitely use the service again.
