rev:text	Was given a new patient appointment November 19th, 2014. I couldn't make the appointment so went to reschedule in December and was told they were not taking any new patients, even though my insurance said he was. Girl got very snippy and nasty with me and told me to go find a primary care physician elsewhere, to call my insurance to get a referral. I responded, they gave me his name. She was so rude to me I ended up just hanging up on her. I'm having serious health issues which I explained to her but she refused to reschedule my appointment. Hope the doctor is better than his staff. Now, I look here on Yelp, and it says he's taking new patients... What's the friggin deal?! His secretary tells me they are specialists, not the primary care physicians yet Ashley L, Who posted the review prior to mine says that he is a family care doctor. So what's the truth did some one pee in the secretaries Wheaties? Is he taking new patients and is a family doctor, or is an elite specialist who only takes a select few?!
