We have had 8 Hondas in a row from Zimbrick however our relationship with Zimbrick may be coming to an end. They do not return phone calls- no matter how important. The service dept is still great but if you have a question about your financing, information you got in the mail or about your car in general, they don't care. All they care about is selling. We used to deal with the same salesman so we had a relationship. Now we seem not to be important to them. Apparently loyalty at Zimbrick is one sided.
