  • My wife and I have been members for about three years. The place is clean, the price is great, and the front-desk staff is friendly. Had many great massages, but also a good deal of just so-so ones. In the past year, however, the staff turnover has become annoying. You find a therapist you like and the next month she's gone. Either therapists are a very flighty bunch or something isn't right here. This uncertainty makes it hard to love the place, hence the reason for 3 instead of 5 stars. Unless I find a new favorite soon (and one that doesn't end up leaving shortly after), I'll stop being a guinea pig for H&S and look for another massage place closer to my home.
