rev:text	Let me start by saying that we have been to many different jewelry stores around the Las Vegas area. We went into this store because it was close to our residence to see if they could customize some parts of a certain engagement ring I had seen in many other Kay Jewelers and Jared's. They said their diamond expert was coming in from New York on the 23rd and would be able to customize the ring and help us pick out the diamond. I had some questions when I got home and wanted to make some changes to the order once I thought about it. So I called Maria up, she said she would talk to the guy and call me back at noon the next day. No call happened. Two days later, I called the store and told them what I wanted to change, all the sudden Maria is on vacation for a week which she never mentioned when she said she was going to call me at noon the next day. So the woman on the phone tries to pull up my paperwork and its lost. She tells me she is going to call Maria and then call me right back. She never calls back. When you are spending almost 10,000 dollars on a ring, I expect them to be calling back. No way am I going to give someone that kind of commission if they cannot even return a phone call. They must be out of their minds! Long story short: Don't go here if your paying the big bucks because the customer service is really BAD! Some of the worst I've seen in the entire Las Vegas valley when it comes to jewelry stores!!! Also based on some of the other reviews it sounds like the quality of the jewelry sucks so I'm glad I didn't put down that kind of money.
