  • As someone who almost never gets massages and is a bit awkward about the whole thing, Adelaide West made me feel really comfortable and incredibly relaxed. I received a gift certificate for my birthday last January and only now got around to using it. I honestly regret waiting so long. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and they take the time to tailor the session towards your needs. The 1 hour massage I received did wonders to loosen up years of stress and tension and I walked away feeling beyond relaxed. I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs an injury tended to or even just someone looking for a great way to relax and de-stress. It will not be another 11 months before i go back!
