rev:text	Masquerading that they are helping veterans. SCAM. National FOR PROFIT Organization. Vets get almost nothing!!! I used to be a fan of this place, and occasionally you can find good stuff that they haven't priced through the roof. My wife and I recently donated a ton of really nice stuff to the vietnamveterans.org --- where they come in one of those big box trucks that says "Veterans donations pick up" really big across the side of it. In fact, we made our decisions to let a lot of the stuff go thinking, "The vets deserve this." And we felt good about it. I thought I we were giving it to Vietnam Veterans. Well, just today I was at the Red White and Blue Thrift Store on Route 51 and saw two items that were 100% positively mine,no doubt about it, that two days ago the truck picked up (they left us a door hanger saying thanks for giving to the veterans!) --- jacked up for an exorbitant amount of money! $$$ I was shocked. I asked a woman at the cash register, what the connection is to the veterans, and she cautiously said "... they get a LITTLE bit of the money from the donations." I almost died. I gave our donations thinking it all went to the vets. I will never ever shop at that HOLE again! It's a total scam. (Ever notice in the store there is not a single mention of "veterans"?) If you don't believe me, go online and do the research, it's all there. And It's really ugly. Never again. At least I know the Salvation Army and Goodwill is helping people right here in out region.
