  • I am so pleased with the customer service here, I can't say enough. The girl that rented us our van was awesome! I am traveling with a three year and a five month old. She helped us get our luggage to the door, and then had the car pulled over to us, instead of me trying to figure out how to get the luggage and the children across to the parking deck. She said they're not supposed to do that, and not to tell, but I can't help but to say what a wonderful employee they have. That's what it's all about. I'm sure there are those that are cheaper, but I will use enterprise from now on, just because of how helpful they are.
