I just want to give a shout to Ernesto for his customer service and honesty. We were driving through Las Vegas and got a check engine light on our Honda Odyssey even though we did not seem to have any actual engine trouble. We stopped by afraid that we would have to pay for another night. Ernesto checked it out and said that a sensor needed to be replaced, but that it could wait until we got back into LA. He did not charge us for the diagnostic. While there, another customer who was present told me that he had been going To Ernest's service for a long time because he was a straight shooter.
