| - I happen to love this place.
I have been here quite a few times, and each time, the seating outside is lovely, with or without kids.
In the evenings they have a couple of lovely older gents in their lederhosen playing oom pah pah polka music.
As for the -food-:
This week, I had the "exotic'especial- a turducken brat, which was turkey duck and chicken.I thought it was a bit dry, but tasty.
Their potato salad[ with bacon and sauerkraut, no mayo], is usually amazing, but this time it was -very- dry and with a -very- strong vinegar taste/aroma.Something about it was not quite right, but I can't pin it down.
They used to have a duck brat that was delicious, and their lamb one is the bomb too.
Hubby enjoys the huuuuuuuuge beer selection, I was very happy they had my favorite Sofie[ though they were down to the last one, and I had to switch to delerium].
it was a bit loud due to a hen night, and ginormous penis shaped balloons added to the ambiance =)
We will be back, because the food is usually very good.
