I'm really disappointed with the coordinator Rachel I spoke with 5/1/14 when trying to reschedule an appointment. I had my appt. schedule for Monday with a color and cut, but I called in asking if my any possibility they could switch it for Friday prior to Monday. I usually never do this and always try to lay out my appointments as far as in advance as I possibly can. The only reason I was asking for this sudden switch was because on Thursday my friends/family let me know they were taking me out on Friday (my birthday) out and I wanted to look my best. She did have a slot open for Friday afternoon but it was for either a cut or color, my stylist couldn't do both. I told her it doesn't take long for a cut and color, what time frame does she have. She said, its one or the other only, but I couldn't do both. Really, she didn't even bother to check what she could do for me, or offer any other options. I spend $300-$400 every time I go to Dolce and this is all she could do for me???? I cancelled my Monday appt and told her not to bother scheduling me for Friday.
I seriously will be taking my business elsewhere, I love my stylist but this the worst service and coordinator I spoken to.
