rev:text	Kayvoughn had the very difficult job of working with us through our first home purchase. The difficult part was narrowing down our home search to what was actually possible. We came to him with desire to find an "suburban farm" type property, but we also "wanted it in an established neighborhood with a good community, but close to strip and also not downtown, but in Southwest Las Vegas close to the I-15 freeway not a split-level, but with some old-world charm, but we'd love a master suite too..." you get the idea. Kayvoughn was calm, patient, motivating, and understanding as he (and we) continued to refine what we were looking for. Super easy to talk with, and usually available at a moments notice. Once we found our dream home (we actually found the above, crazy I know), Kayvoughn was a bulldog when it came to getting the homeowner to fix the things we identified with our inspection (here inspector was awesome as well). He has great vendor connections for getting all those things done quickly and efficiently, saving us multiple $1000s in potential fixes we would have been stuck with. He worked tirelessly with our loan officer and the other relator to get our close to go smoothly. After we got in the home, He continued to follow-up to make sure we were happy in our new home. Would recommend him and his partner Bobbi without reservations. We're hoping to stay here for the next 20-30 years, but if we ever have to move before then, we're calling Kayvoughn.
