  • My boss is a faithful customer of Shadow Mountain Auto Service. When I told him I was planning to get my oil changed over the weekend, he insisted that I check out Shadow Mountain. He hopped on the phone and checked to make sure they weren't too busy as it was 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Graham said they would make it work, so I hopped in my car and headed over to see them. They got me right in at 4:15, and were done in 30 minutes. They were kind and professional throughout the entire process. The waiting room was clean and much more comfortable then the waiting areas of most auto shops. I will be back whenever I need work done on my car. I also made sure to let my family and friends know how happy I am with the service I experienced.
