We arrived at 2pm on a Sunday to be welcomed by a long line. According to our ticket, our wait time was anticipated to be 69 minutes. Fortunately, it was misguiding and we ended up being seated at 2:30pm. As champagne brunch was ending soon, we were allowed to double dip into dinner.
My favorites were the raw oyster bar, salami and cheese platters, and prime rib. I love it when my prime rib is done perfectly at medium rare. It was particularly juicy and tender with the right amount of fat. The Jonah crab legs were a slight disappointment. Since there was such a high demand for them, they couldn't supply them quick enough and some were still frozen. The udon came as a surprise. It is not what one would usually go for at a buffet but we decided to give it a try. The noodles were very absorbent of the broth which was very strong.
Other than the entrees, the juice bar and dessert station were very pleasing. There was a wide selection of beverages, ranging from guava to horchata. The dessert station was so vast that by feasting there alone would have equaled to a whole day's worth of calories.
