  • I like Cold Stone a lot. However, this location is horrible! I went one day and they were out of waffle cones & bowls (what sort of an ice cream shop runs out of that). On another occasion they were out of brownies and had to substitute choc. cake in my founders favorite. And I've had a couple of stale waffle cones on other visits. Yet, I still come because my craving for ice cream is strong and this location is closest to my house. Today was the last straw though, they were out of chocolate ice cream, brownies, and chocolate cake. I won't waste another penny at this location. Their customer service is lousy too.
