Despite the owner dismissing this to be an "attack from a competitor (clever)", this is not. I called and left a message on Sunday, 08/06 @ 7:28pm @ 602.674.3255. I received a call back from someone on call @ 7:41pm from 602.819.6705. He acted like he "could" come, but his "guy" is already somewhere and wouldn't be done for an hour, but he would come if I really needed him to. I said that I did need him to be over as soon as he was available. He agreed , but still dragged on his answer by saying that it "could" be longer than 2 hours, it could be midnight, he wasn't sure. I then pressed him by asking "he isn't coming at all, is he... ". His answer was " there is a good chance that he won't". So.. how is this a 24 hour service? I appreciate that the serviceman was overworked, so it's not his fault that the company isn't staffing correctly to fulfill the 24/7 service promise. Just take the feedback and improve your service.
