I give PinkSpot 1 star for the failure of 2 batteries, without cause, and a return policy that does not care about a long time repeat customer.
Bought my first setup there, nothing crazy just a small setup to help me quit smoking. Friendly service. 6 months later my battery stopped holding a charge and basically stopped working. Just to let u know I take good care of all the things I buy, especial electronics. I understand things break so I went there to buy another. Unfortunately they have a 30 day no hassle return policy but since it has been past that it was void. No biggie. I bought another.
Fast forward about 4 months later AGAIN this battery failed me. Button would engage and when I plug it in no charge. I'm upset at this point, go back to Pink Spot and they basically reference there battery return policy. . I'm out of luck.
Why does a company even have to have a 'return policy for batteries' specifically? Are they prone to failure. Apparently so and I am more angry at the fact they did not even bother to help me exchange for another one. I strongly feel I should not have to pay but BE WARY OF ALL PINKSPOT batteries. All I did was want another replaced as I feel it is not my fault. They wouldn't so now i am here typing this.
Long story short. 2 Dead batteries, over 40$ dollars lost, and a strict return policy that does not care that there product failed me without cause.
