  • The reviews for this place are so positive and I don't understand why. While the range of product here is good, for me it seems overrated. The customer service is the worst. The person in the tile department did say "hello", "good-bye" and "it's porcelain." However, I felt as though we were getting in his way, since he did not make any effort to help us. There was also no other customers in the department so he was not swamped or swarmed with people. Also when we walked through the renovated kitchen area, more staff seemed busier with their computer screens than addressing us or even noting our arrival. I'm the first person to shop in the neighbourhood, however, GH Johnson is not getting my business anytime soon.
