Today we came to get a baby cockatiel. The lady(think was the owner) was EXTREMELY nice!! As soon as we walked in we saw a baby taupe & white cockatiel standing on toys outside the cage near the entrance. We spent approximately 30 minutes here, looking around, and carrying that baby on our finger and shoulder. The owner told us the baby was only 4 months old, but it's very docile, sweet and fairly tamed. We fell in love instantly.
All the birds seemed happy, healthy and were talkative.
The macaw in the back even did the "eagle" for us, all she said was "buddy show mommy your eagle" and he happily spread his wings for us. It was adorable. He had a large vocabulary, he kept telling us hello and how are you.
The place has variety of cages, toys and seed for great pricing. We got a black cage that is around 18"Hx16"x24"L for under $40.
The baby cockatiel was $100 which we found to be the average price from breeders.
We ended up leaving with the white and taupe baby cockatiel and couldn't be happier. She sat on my fiancés lap the car ride home.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for young, tamed, hand fed birds.
Please keep in mind that she doesn't always have baby's available. We called before making the drive out there. We picked up the last baby she had and she said she didn't have anymore available until next month or so.
