  • If you're looking for ice cream then it's ok, except flavorless and had ice crystals. This is not gelato and if you've ever had the real thing then you'd know. Actually I expected more from the ex Exec Chef of Caesar's so I was very disappointed. Many resorts here offer "gelato" and there is still no gelato in LV but for instance, at the Bellagio their flavors are exciting and satisfying. Guess the search goes on....
