  • My friends and I come here a lot when we're chilling in Cleveland Heights. In my opinion, it's better than "the other" place. They have better, more consistent flavors. I think it's smart to offer the vegan flavors and really like idea of the punch card. And they definitely offer more toppings and such than Menchies, but Picca Dilly is a little on the pricier side than most. You do get what you pay for. Now for the good part and you can thank me later, but my special (award-winning) combination is the "Neapolitan". It's just the chocolate flavor, vanilla, and strawberry flavor with a scoop of mochi, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. #winning
