  • Dr. Sung is AMAZING (and the rest of the technicians) do great work. However, the front office is completely disorganized, incompetent, over charges, Brooke in billing is unprofessional, clueless, and rude, scheduler writes reminder cards for appointments but doesn't schedule them, Jeanette always seems bothered when calling. Entire front office needs to be cleaned out and rehired with professional, experienced people.
