The level of customer service was beyond the poor. I stepped in yesterday and was approved for a credit card. I went to ask if they would have my product available and so they went ahead to tell me yes but it would be available the next day. After that which is today I left the store extremely unsatisfied. Not only did I get a credit card with this company but I was advised that the product that I should really want would be here. Unfortunately that was not the case and I understand. Some products are more popular than others. However; the team that assisted me was inept and made it extremely frustrating for me to figure out why the Best Buy app, the Best Buy website, and the mobile website was not showing accurate information. I wanted to buy an Apple product, instead of helping me find other solutions to find the Apple product with this company a BESTBUY associate recommended that I walk down to Apple and purchase the product there....
THE WHOLE POINT OF ME GETTING A CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY WAS FOR THIS PRODUCT ONLY.
I work in a corporation close to this store. I will never recommend this store or best-buy ever. In fact, I'm going up go out of my way to show everyone the terrible customer service I was provided. Heck! The Cox Cable guy was there and he was able to help me more than anyone.
