  • Shout out to this location for taking care of what I'm assuming is a loyal client (but aren't we all!) on her birthday. I just witnessed the wax tech give her a gift and pay for 1 service and the front desk girl cover her other service so her visit was free! This client was visibly moved and so thankful and she gave both girls hugs. This kind of stuff makes my day and is exactly why I continue to drive 25 minutes out of my way to come to this location (there's one less than 5 min from my house in PHX). This place is top notch!!
