Stayed here during the Canadian University Press conference. The room and conference were booked for me, so I can't say much about that process. But we were 4 to a room (2 queen beds), and the place was decent. Clean and comfortable.
The rooms had wifi, which was important, and I was sick as a dog so I got a rolling cot instead of sharing the queen bed (otherwise my poor bunkmate would have been subjected to my headcold night sweats, yay).
As part of a University conference, I'm sure we were terribly loud. But being so sick, I just conked out every night at 9pm. So I can't comment on the paper thin walls that other reviews are saying.
Definitely a convenient location--walking distance to tons of things, and lots of dining options nearby.
