  • I pull up to the drive-thru at 9:17pm tonight, Dairy Queen closes at 10:00pm. I ask to order a chicken strip basket and the guy tells me that they turned the grille off already because they are short staffed and have to leave at 10:30pm. I was left very confused considering it was only 9:17! Talk about terrible customer service! And It's always something with this Dairy Queen! I've only been here a few times and the wait time is ridiculous for the drive-thru. One time I waited a few minutes shy of an hour when I was in the drive-thru, and there were only maybe 4 cars total! They need to seriously consider hiring more staff.
