  • If you want to drop by their shop to check your water and get advice then great. The products are work well. However I'd explore other options if you require a service call. I had an issue with our UV light, parts were still under warranty so I called them to help. It took 3 weeks to check the problem, then another month to replace the bulbs. I'd have to call once a week to get an update. Two days after replacing the bulbs they burnt out again. Another two weeks to check the problem out, and then I didn't hear anything else. I'd call Doug the service guy put on my case, and after another month still nothing. Finally I called a competitor who came out in two days, diagnosed a simple problem of a pressure switch and now I have a fully functional UV light.
