  • First let me say that as a military family we have moved many times all over the world. This company is by far the worst we have ever experienced. Patty was the contact who did the estimate and really made me feel like she cared about my family and our personal household goods. Unfortunately, whether she did or not, it was apparent the rest of the company did not. The packers were unfriendly and forgot to pack an entire bathroom, packed food both open and closed containers with an open box of Borax, there was no driver with the loading crew as none was apparently available, the loaders failed to put down floor protection, where rude beyond belief, damaged furniture, broke stair railing in house and lock on garage door. The horrors continued, however, as our delivery was 2 days late and we lost many items. Furthermore, almost all of the hardware for our furniture was lost as well as they did not place screws, bolts, etc. in the parts box. Choose another company! Edited: I have updated my review to two stars after speaking to the President John. While it took a while for him to get back to me, they sent us additional compensation over our claim amount based on the poor experience we had. A company that comes back and takes responsibility for their poor service deserves a better rating.
