If I could rate them a zero I would... Terrible Internet service I was paying $90ish a month for home phone and Internet and it wasn't worth it. My Internet didn't work properly for 7 months. Always slow always useless. After talking to about a million customer service reps that don't speak English they finally sent a technician out. He said everything would work fine, it didn't work at all and there was now a really loud buzzing on my home phone. So I cancelled it. Then when I went to cancel my home phone they told me I wasn't authorized. Even though the account is in my name. Bell is beyond unprofessional and I will never be a customer of theirs again.
