  • I had one of those jobs where I needed someone to paint some pillars on a building I manage and I didn't want to hire a painter because it was a smaller job. But at the same time I needed someone who understood how to deal with painting over rusty metal and use the right products. Ryan fit the bill as he not only understood what needed to be done but he took the time to get the right matching paint color and get a specialty primer that would prevent rusting in the future. He was careful to do the job at night and not disturbing the tenants. He communicated with me during the whole process so that he understood what I wanted to have done. He also offered a big discount on the paint due to his contractor licence which was nice. He was quick to finish the job and took photos to show all the steps he did. His prices were reasonable for the time and care he took to do the job correctly. The last time I had these painted they only lasted 2 years. I believe that this job will be lasting me for much longer period of time and I would not hesitate to use them again for any handyman related services in the future.
