Went in a couple weeks ago for a quick wash and got the most expensive regular wash ($25-ish I think). They didn't have a ton of business so there's really no reason why the job was so shotty. It looked like they didn't bother to really vacuum and they left behind enough lint from their rags inside the car that it's debatable if it was dirtier than it was when we got there. They also slathered so much of the Armor All like product on the inside that we had to wipe some of it away because it was getting everywhere.
They have a sign up asking you to discuss any issues with management instead of just posting on Yelp, but who wants to spend their time doing that? It's up to the business to do a good job without the customer having to then go complain when they don't and most people have places to be and go to a drive through car wash to get their car cleaned and go about their day. Looking at the other reviews, speaking to management also doesn't appear to accomplish much.
I'd love to find a decent car wash in the valley but that seems to be nearly impossible.
