  • I'm giving this place a two star for many reasons. The services were average, and the groupon price was right. I had microdermabrasion done. They provide other services that seem appealing. However, the customer service isn't worth it. They really hold you to the 24 hour notice. I had to cancel because of work. I called 23 hours and 20 minutes before my appointment, and they told me I couldn't reschedule and I would loose my session. I asked, "did anyone call to make an appointment for that time in the last 40 minutes?" Of course no comment. I explained that I work as a teacher for students with emotionally and behavior problems, and that I have to be there for an emergency meeting. I won't be taking my business there ever again.
