  • Very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We were constantly given very vague information saying that people would be entering our unit for one reason or another. I asked for more information, like a time and date, and they would not give me a direct answer. There were several times someone came to show our apartment, and they entered our unit without knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. I am fairly certain that is not legal, and it also made me feel unsafe. When we left, our apartment was in nearly perfect condition, but the majority of our security deposit was not given back to us. We were supposed to receive our deposit 30 days after moving out, and we did not get it. After inquiring several times, they finally mailed our deposit. I was very upset with their ridiculous charges, but was unable to dispute anything, because according to the contract, all disputes must be made within a certain time limit after moving out. It was past the alloted time limit by the time they finally sent me the deposit.
